Organizing all the content and custom communication can be intimidating especially under tight timelines. How does M2D handle this and also help reduce the stress in our jobs?
Easy! First you have to recognize that we have many decades of experience behind us so we know how to do it right the first time. Take a few seconds to read the quote by Christine Lawton, our founder, on the main page of M2D's website at www.m2details.com.
Second, we have a proprietary approach to gathering information from you that is sophisticated and highly organized – You will be amazed!

Why should we use ConReg4 as opposed to our own in-house staff and an off-the-shelf software?

What is the typical timeframe from the setup of an event for online registration to when the first invitation is sent?
M2D has a proprietary method of gathering information from your team for each event. Since 90% of a events are simplistic in nature, meaning no complex tracks or nested meetings within the core event, the setup process is fast. Once we have this information then we can have a meeting up and running within a few hours, and in some emergency cases, even faster than that.
In the remaining 10% of cases, the events have varying degrees of complexity. As a rule of thumb, these events are much higher visibility and therefore we advise clients to have multiple planning meetings up to the “Go Live” date. There is often much more custom coding for these types of meetings. A lot depends on how complex the event is, the client’s desire for flow and functionality.

OK, we love what we see and we like the team at M2D, how is pricing structured for ConReg4?
We have kept our pricing structure simple and straight forward.
We do have two models available. A per event “Pay-As-You-Go” model and an Annual Subscription model.
There are two parts to pricing:
1) a small technology setup fee
2) a database fee based on the number of records (heads in the system and tracks created).
We have lower prices for both models because of our early technology investments which we amortized over many client-years and our decades of experience administering these events.

How do we transition from our old procedures to ConReg4?
The staff at M2D will work with you to develop a plan to rollout the new system to your organization. This is an easy step that most employees embrace because this system is so much more advanced and so much more user-friendly than most processes available today.
What type of learning curve to ConReg4 do we need to prepare for?
There is "zero" learning curve for your staff. ConReg4 is a work elimination tool meaning your staff may offload all work, or as much work as they care to relinquish, relative to the planning of the event. The staff at M2D are always prepared and ready to take on challenges.
What can we expect working with the staff of M2D?
You can expect what we expect; positive, can-do thinkers who hold your best interests as their own. The management team at M2D has built a reputation of being responsive and proactive even well after any so called vendor “honeymoon” period. We do not want you to think of us as a vendor, but as a partner on your team. We demand as close to perfection as possible because your reputation, and ours, depends on it.
